The brand FALL SAFE INSPECTOR belongs to FALL SAFE ON LINE LDA. FALL SAFE ON LINE LDA is not responsible for the customer's use of the FALL SAFE INSPECTOR system. FALL SAFE ON LINE LDA is not responsible for any documents inserted in the customer's FALL SAFE INSPECTOR account, nor for the inspection reports issued, registered products, inspectors or inserted customers. We are not responsible for the content of the inspection reports made by the customer, nor for the inspections themselves. We will not be responsible in the event of incidents, accidents or problems arising from poor inspections. The approval/rejection of the use of a product and issuance of the certificate accordingly through the FALL SAFE INSPECTOR is the responsibility of the account user. We cannot guarantee that all users of the FALL SAFE INSPECTOR are inspectors capable of carrying out PPE inspections, so we will not be held responsible for incidents and situations arising from the client's capabilities.

The FALL SAFE INSPECTOR is for personal and non-transferable use. The user account, the information contained therein and the use made of it are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the integrity, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability in relation to the FALL SAFE INSPECTOR or the information, products, services or graphics contained in the FALL SAFE INSPECTOR for any purpose.

We have no control over the nature, content and use of the FALL SAFE INSPECTOR by the customer.
